Free shipping on every order within the United States. No minimums. No thresholds.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times by Product

Most ROOTPLAY products arrive within 6-13 business days:

• The Calm Play Kit

The Trace Lab ships from our partner warehouse and may take 10-20 business days to arrive.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipping confirmation.

Digital Guides

Your developmental guide (PDF) is delivered instantly to your email after purchase - you can start reading tonight, even before your physical product arrives.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days (30 days for The Trace Lab), contact us at support@rootplay.co and we'll investigate. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
